I am a CBT therapist with a Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, awarded with distinction. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore how your difficulties have developed and what may be maintaining them. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and approachable space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
While CBT forms the foundation of my work, I also draw on other evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and Mindfulness-based techniques. This integrative approach allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs and goals.
You’ll be supported in developing emotional resilience and psychological flexibility, and equipped with practical tools and strategies to help you manage challenges more effectively. Together, we will work towards meaningful, lasting change and help you move closer to the life you want to live.
