Sometimes we need a little help to get back on track, but in the fog of mental or emotional turbulence it can be hard to know where to turn. We are all human. We hurt, crave, struggle and fear. We make mistakes or bad choices, deceive ourselves, allow stress and pressure to build, or eat/drink our problems away. Wherever you have found yourself, we are here to help you through, to hold time and space for you. To show you that things can be different. Our job is to listen, understand and to respond. Couples Therapy

Healthy and successful relationships are built on communication, but it’s not always easy to talk to those you love. If you and your partner are struggling to hear and understand each other, a third party can be a valuable bridge between you. Often, we need help to uncover the way forward.

Individual Therapy

Overcome negative patterns of thought and behaviour through face-to-face sessions with our specialist therapists who will tailor their approach to your specific needs and situation.

Family Therapy

Families, and family relationships, are complex, evolving and endlessly challenging. Our family therapists are trained to ensure all voices are heard to help your family come back together as a team. 

Low Cost Therapy

Everyone can benefit from therapy. Mental wellness should not be a luxury and we aim to make therapy accessible and affordable to all. We work with postgraduate CBT students at Goldsmith University to offer lower cost therapy sessions under close supervision. 

How much does it cost?

We offer short-term Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) combined with Mindfulness techniques for individuals and couples, with the aim of providing you with tools and strategies that will help you when facing difficulties and challenges throughout life.
