Raphaëlle Helmore

Trainee Family Therapist

I am a trainee Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, currently training at the Tavistock and Portman. In 2025, I qualified as a Family and Systemic Practitioner and am now furthering my skills and experience on a master’s programme in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathetic, and culturally sensitive. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives, and my aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can share their experiences without judgment. I recognise that beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I work to ensure that the process feels welcoming, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you. Together, we explore family dynamics, patterns of communication, and meaningful goals, ensuring that every voice is heard.

Through my training and clinical practice, I have worked with clients facing a range of challenges, including PTSD, neurodiversity, depression, and anxiety. I am committed to helping clients discover their strengths and create meaningful change in their lives.
