Catherine Sudhakar
I’m a CBT Trainee Therapist currently training at Goldsmiths, University of London. My main approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I practice in a person-centred and empathic way.
As CBT is a collaborative therapy, I believe in working alongside you, empowering you and offering hope as we face the challenges you’re going through together.
Through my training and ongoing clinical practice, I’ve developed strong skills in working with a range of difficulties, including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, and I aim to offer a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll set goals that are meaningful to you and gently work through helpful strategies that can bring you a sense of relief, steadiness, and support in your day-to-day life.
I’m originally from India and bilingual in English and Tamil. I truly value working with people from all cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life, and I strive to bring cultural sensitivity, empathy, and openness into the therapy space. Whatever you’re going through, I’ll walk alongside you with care and encouragement.
