Jennifer Ting
Prior to joining the Clinic, I spent many years in a private higher education, managing both undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in Oil and Gas Management. Supporting lecturers, students and academic teams equipped me with extensive experience of strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a steady compassionate leadership style – these skills continue to shape my role at the Clinic.
I began the role as Personal Assistant to our Head Psychologist, Dr May Friedler. Over the years, my responsibilities evolved and expanded my remit to include strategic planning and service operations. My responsibilities include overseeing the administrative operations, client and insurance liaison, procedural development, and the ongoing implementation of best practices that support sustainable growth and continuity of care.
Much of my work takes place quietly behind the scenes to ensure that the Clinic runs with reliability, integrity and care so the Clinic remains a safe dependable environment where clients, families and clinicians feel genuinely supported.
