Karen Vowles
As Clinic Coordinator at Greenwich Psychology, I’m often the first point of contact for individuals, couples, and families seeking counselling. I manage initial appointments and support clients through their first steps, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and well-matched with the right care.
Drawing on my clinical training, I listen carefully to understand clients’ needs and assess whether our therapy is the right fit. I’m committed to creating a welcoming, reassuring first experience and helping clients begin their therapeutic journey with confidence and clarity.
In my role as a psychodynamic therapist (MBACP), I work with adults.
You may be seeking counselling because you feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or lost, or perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns and behaviours you don’t fully understand. You may have experienced a life-changing event that feels too difficult to process alone.
Whatever brings you to therapy, we will work collaboratively in a safe and confidential space to explore these difficulties. Together, we will consider how your past experiences may be shaping your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. We will also focus on bringing unconscious feelings and processes into awareness, creating space for insight, emotional growth, and lasting change.
