I am currently in my first year of training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Goldsmiths University, working toward becoming a qualified CBT therapist. While I am at the beginning of my clinical journey, I have gained valuable experience and have developed my skills in working with common difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, OCD and PTSD. I understand how challenging these moments can be. I’m here to work alongside you in a warm, supportive space where we can set goals together and explore practical skills to make things feel more manageable.
CBT is the main framework I’m training in, but I also have an interest in approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based strategies, which I will draw upon based on what the client needs.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive. Where clients feel listened to and can begin to explore the changes they’d like to make in their lives.
