Olivia Gray
I am a trainee psychotherapist in my second year of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training at Goldsmiths University.
So far in my training, I have provided therapy to clients with a range of different presentations including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
My primary approach is CBT; however, I draw on other approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and Mindfulness techniques to best match the needs of my clients.
Starting therapy can be a challenging thing, thus my aim is to provide a warm, accepting, and supportive space where the client can feel safe to deal with their difficulties and move toward a meaningful life.
