Tatiana Montibeller
I am a cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults navigate significant life transitions, such as grief and losses, career changes, health challenges, and adapting to new environments.
My practice focuses on supporting individuals overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as coping with uncertainty and ambiguity. To address my client’s diverse needs, I integrate various therapeutic modalities into my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT), and Existential Therapy.
I aim to provide an open and non-judgmental space for my clients. As a therapist, I work attentively to my client's stories and collaboratively explore the events and emotions that led them to seek therapy, ultimately finding ways to move forward together.
